COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – Business as usual
The situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is rapidly changing and, as you know, the Government has recently upgraded its advice. Our priority is to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and contacts.
At the same time we want to ensure that we continue to provide the highest possible quality of service.
- We have remote working capabilities so that all our key staff are able to work from home. This will allow us to continue to provide our services whilst meeting our responsibilities to our colleagues.
- Telephone calls and emails will be dealt with as usual.
- There is a need to reduce physical contact so, unless face-to-face meetings are absolutely critical, we encourage the use of technology such as Zoom and Skype.
We will monitor the situation and respond to guidance provided by the Government and public health bodies as necessary.
Meanwhile, we want to reassure you that our team of experienced professionals will continue to be available to provide support to anyone facing challenges as a result this unprecedented situation.
